Garlicky Black Pepper Salmon and Oil with Seasoned Corn

Garlicky Black Pepper Salmon and Oil is perfectly seasoned, quick & easy to prepare.  Serve with seasoned corn and a side salad and have yourself a delicious gourmet meal ready in under 30 minutes!


  • 1 package Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Garlicky Black Pepper Salmon with Oil
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 to 4 cups garden salad or any salad of choice
  • salad dressing of choice


  1. Heat oven, prepare, and bake Bumble Bee SuperFresh® salmon as instructed on the back of the package.
  2. In a small saucepan, fill pot with 3 cups of water to boil. Add corn with butter and continue to boil for 5 to 7 minutes; drain. Place corn into a medium-sized bowl and mix in chopped parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve about 1 cup of seasoned corn onto each plate with 1 salmon filet and a side of garden salad with dressing. ENJOY!
