- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- food coloring (optional)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- In a large bowl, beat on medium speed cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Add desired food coloring and beat until color is evenly dispersed.
- Add heavy cream and beat on high speed until stiff peaks form. Check frequently to prevent overbeating.
- Frost cake. ENJOY!
