  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • food coloring (optional)
  • 2 cups heavy cream


  1. In a large bowl, beat on medium speed cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add desired food coloring and beat until color is evenly dispersed.
  3. Add heavy cream and beat on high speed until stiff peaks form. Check frequently to prevent overbeating.
  4. Frost cake. ENJOY!
