Silk® Dairy Free Tropical Pineapple and Mango Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 container Silk® Tropical Pineapple Dairy Free Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 cup tropical coconut and mango granola*
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mango, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sweetened or unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. In two 4 oz glasses or smaller, divide 3 to 4 tablespoons of Silk® Tropical Pineapple Dairy Free Yogurt Alternative into the bottom of each glass.
  2. Sprinkle tropical coconut and mango granola and top with fresh pineapple and mango.
  3. Repeat layers of the dairy free yogurt, granola, and fruit to create a parfait. Sprinkle coconut and serve chilled. ENJOY!

Notes
