If you have 15 minutes, you can make this simple hot fudge right at home! You can pour it over your favorite desserts, use it to dunk your snacks (like me with pretzels), or give it as a gift to your chocoholic friends!

Was it just me or was it hot as hell yesterday?! I mean, really? The heat in my home was unbearable and for the first time this year, the AC needed to be on. Remember when I said I was going to keep baking until it reached 85 out? Well, I guess I was wrong. It didn’t reach 85 outside but from inside it sure did feel like it. I guess this is what happens when you live in a corner apartment facing East. That SUN! I predict that electric bill is going to be through the roof this summer (*sad face*).
Luckily I still had hot fudge so I didn’t have to bake. Figured, why not just give you the recipe, right? After all, I did give you the recipe to my Mini Fudge Brownie Tarts that used this hot fudge.

So here you go. When you can, give it a try. I prefer this homemade version over most store brands I’ve tried. It’s super thick with an intense chocolaty flavor! You won’t be disappointed.
On a side note… I promise to have something other than chocolate for the next post. I sometimes go through a phase where I go a bit chocolate crazy. I’m sure you understand 😉
