Easter Sunday has always brought out my inner child, the same way as Halloween. It must be the baskets filled with chocolate bunnies, marshmallow peeps and plastic eggs full of surprises.
As a kid my parents would surprise my sister and I with giant Easter baskets and occasional egg hunts. And I loved it! It’s a tradition I only hope someday I’ll be able to pass on to my own future children. Until then, I’ll practice with baking since it’s what I love to do.
